5. Best-Effort Service Disclaimer

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Automated parsing may be inaccurate or incomplete, and Smalendar does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of created events.

6. No Critical or Regulated Use

The Service is not intended for:

• Medical or healthcare scheduling
• Legal deadlines or compliance
• Emergency or life-critical situations

You agree not to rely on the Service for such uses.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party providers, including calendar platforms, messaging providers, and AI services. Smalendar is not responsible for outages, failures, or data loss caused by these third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service are owned by Smalendar.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smalendar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smalendar from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
